     PressThe Tour and Taste of Albany is the major event produced by the Albany Chamber of Commerce. Originally designed to make it easy for visitors to sample the fare of Albany's renowned restaraunts, the event has now been opened up to to involve other businesses as well. This year's event features a focus on the history of Albany, in recognition of Albany's Centennial year. The Chamber has worked with the Albany Historical Society to create a Historical Treasure Hunt where participants can wander along Albany's streets and learn intersting facts from the City's history. Live entertainment will be provided by local bands, and activities will be sponsored and operated by local organizations. Materials | ||
